FRS aims to build and maintain close relationships with all individuals who register with us. Our consultants have a strong ethos to safeguard your career and provide expert advice and support when required.
After you have sent your CV to FRS, you will be assigned a dedicated Consultant who will contact you to manage your application further. When discussing new opportunities, our training Consultants will brief you fully on the vacancy and company profile and assist you with advice and support to make the best impression. We will only submit your CV to vacancies once the role has been discussed with you and you have given your permission. Honest and constructive feedback is always provided by our Consultants following interviews; in order to assist you when progressing to your next interview process. Your dedicated Consultant will contact you at least once a month to review how their job search is progressing.
