Here at FRS, we aim to build and maintain a close relationship with all individuals who register with us. Our Consultants have a strong ethos to provide you with expert advice and to safeguard your career progression.

Once you have sent your CV to FRS, you will be assigned a dedicated Consultant who will contact you to progress your application further.

When discussing new opportunities, our training Consultants will brief you fully on the vacancy and company profile and assist you with advice and support so that you can make the best impression.

We will only submit your CV to vacancies once the role has been discussed with you and you have given your permission.

You will find that our Consultants provide honest and constructive feedback following an interview, which will assist you when progressing to the next stage.

Your dedicated Consultant will also contact you at least once a month to review how their job search is progressing.
