the recruitment process, until the assignment is completed.
Temporary staff can be provided on a four hour ‘working interview’.
This FREE service lets the client ascertain the suitability of the
candidate in a working situation. There is no cost should the client
feel that the candidate is unsuitable.

Our contractor care policy
We aim:
To provide availability feedback within one hour of acknowledgement
of the booking.
All our candidates are fully screened by one of our experienced
consultants, interviewed and fully referenced with previous employers.
Temporary staff can be provided on a four-hour trial, so that the
client is able to ascertain whether the individual is suitable for
a temporary role, at short notice.
We provide weekly contact between us, the Temporary Candidate,
and the client, to ensure that both parties are satisfied. This
of course can be tailored depending on the length of the assignment
and level of candidate.
Our thorough quality control procedures
Both the client and the candidate are contacted on the first day
of the assignment to ensure satisfaction.
The client is contacted on a weekly basis to monitor progress –
or at an interval deemed suitable by the line manager.
