FRS are recruiting an Accounts Administrator for an SME based in Birmingham. You”ll be working alongside the Financial Controller and responsible for assisting them with all financial admin support, in particular at month end.
This role will suit an experienced individual looking for a stable working environment or someone working in a Purchase Ledger / Accounts Clerk role who”s looking for a step up in responsibility and to gain more exposure within the finance department.
A salary of £20-23k is attached with a review on this following a 3 month probation.
Duties will include:
Daily cash postings & allocation
Matching delivery notes to invoices
Entering purchase ledger invoices
Checking ledger statements
General administration & HR
Assisting the Financial Controller/Directors with any ad-hoc tasks
Attributes needed for the role:
Highly numerate & accurate
Able to manage own workload
