Part time role
9am-1pm, Monday to Friday (some flexibility to start / finish times)
Salary range: £11,000 – £12,000

You will be working in a small, friendly Head Office finance team for a privately owned family business involved in gardening and horticulture, this role would suit an enthusiastic and well-organised individual.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of sales Ledger and cash allocation
• Processing and posting of supplier invoices / credits, preparation of monthly payment runs
• Monthly nominal reconciliations, expense analysis and company credit card reconciliation
• Ability to meet deadlines – whilst this is not a pressurised environment, good time management is essential

Skills & experience:

• Previous experience gained within a similar role
• Experience of SAGE 200 or similar accounting software is ideal
• Good attention to detail
• Professional telephone manner
