My client is a privately owned and progressive Motor Retail Group, ideally situated on the Leicestershire / Warwickshire borders, with dealerships based across the UK and additional expansion planned for 2022.

Due to the above, FRS have been enlisted to assist with the recruitment of a dynamic Accounts Assistant to join the business.

Job Role Responsibilities:

• Process daily banking for all centres
• PDQ reconciliations
• Process refunds and overpayments for our customers
• Chase centres for customer bank details, for refunds and overpayments
• Processing manual invoices
• Assist the accounts department to achieve month end deadlines
• Process V62 requests (replacement V5’s)

About the candidate:

• Previous experience working in accounts
• Attention to detail and the ability to resolve issues
• Work to tight deadlines
• Experience working in a busy office
• Driven and able to work independently and well within a team
• Can work under pressure and in a busy environment
• Target driven
• A team player


• Experience in a cashier / bank reconciliation role
• Experience working in the motor trade
• Experience in customer service
• Business admin or accountancy qualifications
