We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a fantastic team based in Olney, on an ongoing temporary basis.
The successful Candidate will have a good level of accounting knowledge, good system skills and competent communication skills.
Responsibilities will include:
– Process Sales Ledger allocations
– Supplier statement reconciliations
– Bank postings and reconciliations
– Invoice processing and purchase orders
– Sending remittances and statements
– Dealing with invoice queries with suppliers and customers
– Processing expenses and account reconciliations
– Chasing overdue payments
– Filing, opening the post / sending mail and cheques
