Job Purpose:
The role may encompass all of the following duties.
The exact duties and responsibilities and balance of workload will be determined in discussion with the post holder’s line manager.
Principal Duties:
– Budgeting – Distribute monthly budget reports and resolve queries on a timely basis
– Treasury – Administration of all banking facilities, all debit, credit and FX cards and cash
– Purchase Ledger – Assist in purchase ledger invoice processing
– Administration of all outgoing direct debits
– Nominal Ledger – Posting of nominal ledger journals relating to payroll, casual drivers and special catering
– Reconciliations – Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations for all bank and cash accounts
– Provision of holiday cover as and when required
– Any other duties which may reasonably be asked from time to time
