Key Responsibilities:

• Multiple reports i.e., weekly stock report, making sure all vehicles are funded and added to the bank plan
• Daily Vehicle debtors
• Assist in the Management Accounts process – analysing costs / invoicing
• Able to meet tight deadlines
• Daily Purchase ledger control / Sales Ledger
• Desirable – perform journals i.e. Debit and credits

Candidate Requirements:

• Good work ethic is a big thing – high efficiency, quick with administrative tasks and takes initiative
• Must have good Excel skills – linking cells
• AAT – would be nice to have
• Working knowledge of a DMS system
• Driving Licence – Essential to Have (Full)
