FRS are recruiting a Finance Administrator for a business based in Kenilworth, CV8. The business are offering hybrid working with lots of flexibility and the salary is banded at £21000-£22,500.
Reporting into the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for providing Finance Admin support to the Accounts department. Ideally you will have 2-3 years experience working within an Accounts department & experienced with Sage and MS Excel.
Duties will include:
Raising sales invoices and processing them onto Sage within agreed timescales
Resolving customer queries, raising credit notes for ensuring the relevant departments are aware of any issues that pop up
Support the Head of Finance with producing management reports
Support the Accounts department with updating price lists & creating new products in Sage
Processing petty cash & expenses
