FRS are recruiting an Accounts Assistant for a reputable healthcare provider based in Coventry. The business offer hybrid working and a competitive salary of £24-27k.
There will be a focus on Purchase Ledger, you will supporting operations by working as part of a team and reporting into the Financial Controller. Suitable candidates will be experienced using Sage and MS Excel alongside having 3-4 yeas experience within a similar role.
Duties will include:
Processing supplier invoices and assisting with weekly payment runs
Processing expense claims for employees
Ensuring that Monthly reconciliation of accounts payables and General Ledger
Ensure supplier statement recs are done for suppliers
Assisting with Month-End journal postings
Supporting the Purchase Ledger team when the need arises including assisting with weekly payment run
Assisting with monthly review of Profit & Loss accounts of some of the subsidiaries and commenting on the variance
Assist with various Month-End tasks
