FRS are currently assisting a vibrant and expanding business services firm looking to recruit a hardworking, intelligent and conscientious Accounts Assistant, to support the Finance Manager and assist other members of the team.
Key Responsibility:
• Posting of supplier invoices
• Create, post and follow up on bills / invoices
• Recording and filing of transactions
• Updating of Excel spreadsheets and other internal systems
• Complete daily and monthly banking
• Help to prepare the monthly MI and Board reports
• Processing of expenses and company credit card reconciliation
• Ad hoc project work as required
• Involvement in process improvement and streamlining across the business
Experience:
• Previous experience of accounts data entry would be useful
• Awareness of accounting software – Sage in particular (or Xero)
• Working to deadlines
