My client is a highly reputable and well established business within the automotive trade.
They have a vacancy for a bright and enthusiastic person to join the accounts team in King’s Lynn, initially on a 6 month basis.
You will need to be flexible in your approach as this is a varied role – part of your time will be involved in the day to day activities of the accounts function including:
* Processing of incoming cash payments and allocation to customer account via BACS
* Daily bank reconciliation and analysis of discrepancies
* Management of dealership purchase ledger, ensuring that all suppliers invoices are processed paid within agreed timescales
* Collation of transaction across the specialist division, preparing reports for the divisional management team
Applicants must have previous finance experience and have a keen eye for detail, as well as a High level of IT Literacy, including MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Look Ups), with Kerridge being a distinct advantage.
To be considered you must have a bright and outgoing personality coupled with excellent interpersonal / communications, and the confidence to liaise with individuals of all levels across the company and group.
