FRS are recruiting a Bookkeeper for growing SME situated in Leamington Spa. You will be responsible for assisting the Finance Director with the efficient day-to-day running of the finance department and management of all things transactional finance!

The role involves all aspects of data input in order to assist the FD with the timely completion of the group management accounts and supporting auction information. You will be working within a small but dynamic group of companies, the successful candidate must also be willing to take on ad-hoc administrative tasks outside of the day-to-day accounting functions.

Responsibilities To Include But Not Limited To
• Sales ledger
• Purchase ledger
• Fixed assets / depreciation
• Bank reconciliation
• Credit Card reconciliations
• Nominal ledger and journals
• Assistance with month end financial accounts production (accruals, prepayments, controls, journals, etc)
• Assistance with VAT Returns and Payroll
• Cost analysis production
• Ad hoc reporting
• Expenses
• Petty Cash
• Ability through experience is more important than qualifications
• Computer literate to include MS Office (Excel / Word)
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise
