FRS are recruiting a Part-Time Bookkeeper to join an SME based in Henley-in-Arden.
Working 2-3 days per week, you will be reporting into the Director with the option of working more hours during peak periods, and the option of more full-time hours could be available in the coming years.
Duties will include:
– Maintenance of both Purchase and Sales Ledgers
– Assisting with Credit Control, ensuring debt is minimal, updating the Director with troublesome accounts
– Assisting with the month / year-end process, being involved in forecasts, budgeting etc.
– Assist with the production of management accounts
– Processing sales orders, inputting the details onto the system manually
– Process a small monthly payroll
