FRS are recruiting a Credit Controller for a business with a rich history & roots deep set in both the UK and throughout Europe. With over 100 years trading, they are a true “market leader” and now seek to recruit a Credit Controller. The business are based in Central Birmingham, not far from Snow Hill & Jewellery Quarter train stations.

Working as part of a small finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring clients accounts are kept up to speed and paid on time & ensuring any queries are resolved efficiently!

Duties Will Include:
Providing an efficient and effective service to customers in the processing, chasing and maintenance of their account
Controlling a designated credit control ledger
Completing reconciliation of accounts
Co-ordination of collection activity in line with cash collection KPIs
Processing of new account applications and credit limit reviews
Investigate the reason for credit failures
