FRS are recruiting a Credit Controller to work on a hybrid basis for a global business with their UK Head Office based in Coventry. Working as part of a medium sized team and reporting into the Credit Control Manager, you”re team will be responsible for the efficient running of the Credit department, ensuring monies are collected on time.

Duties will include:
Carry out query management and resolution by building relationships with both customers and manager
Collect all outstanding balances and achieve the required target rate across mixed ledgers with multiple currencies via telephone, letter and email
Chase outstanding customers following the pre-set collection cycle via dunning and chaser calls
Produce after show reports ready for legal action if required
Open new accounts and carry out credit limit review checks (adhoc)
Suitable candidates will have / be:
You will have a minimum of two years credit control experience, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be a proactive self starter who thrives working in a team environment
You will have the ability to build lasting relationships with our clients
