You will be responsible for resolving complex damage disputes for both Consumer &
Insurance referral Accounts, along with working alongside the COI billing team.

Main Duties:
• Management of complex or escalated queries in relation to damage XS claims, both
pre & post billing.
• Supporting Damage XS, CS and post billing query teams.
• Effectively negotiating liability in damage disputes
• Supporting the Shared Service Centre when required
• Agreeing remedial actions and corrective actions with key stakeholders
• Supporting COI billing & Collections team where required
• Assisting management of outsourced partners
• Responsible for assessing new accident damage claims raised by our Operational
• Resolving disputes and queries in a timely and professional manner
• Utilise a variety of software applications to ensure cases are dealt with accurately and
in a timely manner
• Liaise with our rental stations, accident management companies and relevant internal
business areas to gather evidence
• Ensure claims are managed in line with service agreements
• Locating repair invoices and rental documents / evidence to fulfil the damage claims

Skills required:
• In-depth knowledge of damage claims
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Understanding of technical and repair processes
• Advanced knowledge of systems including Riskappli, Ataraxia and Greenway
• Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Good analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Self-Motivated
