FRS are recruiting a temporary Data Entry Assistant for a market leading business based in Coventry.
Working alongside the finance team (mainly the Purchase Ledger department), you will be covering a wide array of duties as listed below.
Interviews are happening right away with suitable candidates, and starting immediately afterwards.
Duties to include:
– Processing batches of invoices on the relevant systems
– Raising any discrepancies with your line manager – ensuring all queries are resolved by relevant managers / department
– Ensuring all invoices are “approved” before logging them onto the system
– Working closely with the Finance team, finding and sending through invoices on request
– General administration duties (scanning, filing, photocopying, etc.)
