FRS are recruiting an Facilities Manager for a dynamic and growing SME business based in Bedfordshire. The business are well known for their commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Main Purpose of Role
• To facilitate the documentation and processing of insurance claims submitted by the client.
• To complete Animal Health certificates in conjunction with the OV in charge.
• To maintain the drug and stock ordering of the practices.
• To manage the IT provision across the practices and arrange any relevant updates, training, or fixes. To handle all technical enquiries relating to the practice management system
• (Merlin).
• To oversee all fixtures and fittings and any equipment maintenance needed in all sites and manage daily and annual property maintenance.
• To take overall responsibility for the Health and Safety of all sites in conjunction with Citation/Atlas and that all training of personnel is up to date.
