FRS are recruiting an excellent Accounts Assistant vacancy for a reputable, growing and supportive business on the East side of Coventry.
Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the duties below and working for a business who promote an enjoyable environment in their workplace – they want their staff to have fun alongside their duties.
You will provide a professional and efficient administrative service to the finance function, including, but not limited to, purchase ledger invoices, sales invoicing, bank postings, account and statement reconciliation.
Duties will include:
– Sales Ledger – raising sales invoices, resolving any queries, sending monthly statements, credit control activities
– Purchase Ledger – matching PO”s, raising PO”s, resolving any supplier queries, statement reconciliation, posting debits / credits, setting up new supplier accounts
– Ad Hoc – finance admin, assisting with monthly management reports, dealing with incoming post
To be considered for this role, you must be familiar with Sage 50 and available for interview ASAP, ideally W/C 13th December (on-site interview).
