FRS are recruiting an experienced Finance Assistant for a well-recognised organisation based in South Buckinghamshire.
Accountabilities:
• Ownership of our contract business sales ledger, ensuring monies are received and allocated on a timely basis and all queries are resolved
• Process new credit applications and maintain check on insurance coverage of the ledger
• Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure customer accounts are maintained correctly and all debit note queries are resolved
• Assist the Credit Control Manager with management of the retail business sales ledger
• Bank reconciliations
• Processing expenses
• Management of petty cash
• Processing invoices (EDI system)
• Account reconciliations
• Maintain data files
• Support Management Accountants as and when needed
• General upkeep of finance system as required
• Perform ad hoc tasks
