Our client who specialises in quality metals, has enlisted FRS to support with the recruitment of a Finance Assistant to join their growing team on a full-time basis, based in Corby.

Main Responsibilities:
• Maintaining all aspects of the general ledger on Xero.
• Bank Account Reconciling for our UK & USA sites.
• Maintaining the Purchase & Sales ledger which includes processing & Allocating Payments, raising invoices and posting customer receipts.
• Processing Supplier Payments.
• Maintaining and following-up on Aged Debtors.
• Assisting Management with Month End / Year End Accounts preparation.
• Credit Control.
• Processing Staff Expenses.
• Overseeing weekly employee time sheets and processing weekly Payroll.
• Other General Office Duties.
• Liaising with our accountant in the USA to gain an understanding of local Tax legislation and guidelines.
• Understanding and Maintaining business insurance policies and renewals.
• Experience with Xero accounting software is an advantage.

In return my client can offer a salary of upto £23,500 per annum. This position is also offered with an excellent bonus package including loyalty and year end bonus incentives, plus a guaranteed year on year pay scale.
