FRS are recruiting a Finance Assistant for an SME based on the outskirts of Leamington Spa. Working as part of a small but vibrant finance team, you will be responsible for a variety of duties as listed below.
Suitable candidates will be experienced with working on both Purchase & Sales Ledger, supporting BACS payment runs & statement reconciliations. Ideally candidates will drive & have their own vehicle due to the premises being quite rural!
Duties Will Include:
Printing purchase invoices, allocating nominal codes and auction codes, getting approval for payment, posting to the accounts system
Prepare payment runs – select invoices for payment, create payment runs for approval
Post bank receipts for entry fee invoices and chasing debtors
Credit card statement reconciliations – obtaining supporting documentation for purchases and post to the system
Administration support – answering the phone, filing of purchase invoices etc
