FRS are recruiting a Finance Assistant role for a nationally reputable business who have sites throughout the UK and are within the Healthcare sector. Suitable candidates will have used SAGE previously & ideally have purchase / sales ledger experience.

Working as part of a friendly & welcoming finance team, you will be responsible for an array of finance duties, ensuring accuracy and good comms with colleagues across all levels of the business.

Daily tasks will include:

To ensure the accurate input of all sales and purchase accounts details to Sage 200 & MS Excel
To ensure all outstanding debts are chased in an efficient and sequenced manner in order to maximise the Company”s cashflow
To meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and accountability, liaising and retaining effective lines of communication
Processing sales invoices
Credit control – Chasing debts, details of contracts etc
Bank Reconciliations
Matching invoices, delivery notes and orders
Processing payments each month
Reconciling purchase ledger statements on a monthly basis
