FRS are exclusively recruiting a Finance Assistant for a reputable local SME. You will be working for really vibrant business who offer an excellent modern working environment & reporting into the Finance Manager who is really supportive!
They need to recruit a personable finance professional who brings a minimum of 1-2 years accounts experience with them but more importantly someone who can fit into their bubbly and friendly team!
Duties Will Include:
Purchase ledger including processing invoices, raising queries with colleagues &/or suppliers
Sales ledger including raising invoices, answering customer queries & the sending of statements
Assisting with reconciliations
Company credit card administration
Check, process & submit expenses
Chasing up debtors
Ad-hoc support as needed
