We are recruiting a Finance Assistant for an e-commerce business.

Reporting into the Financial Controller, your job will consist of ensuring financial records are kept up to date, accurately processed and in time with company deadlines.

They are currently working a hybrid rota and you will be working alongside a group of pleasant colleagues.

The business are looking for an enthusiastic team player who is willing to help with different areas of the company during times of staff absence, holiday etc.
Additionally, if you have experience working with NetSuite ERP, this would be an advantage, but not essential.

Duties will include:

– Processing the Purchase Ledger – matching, batching and coding invoices
– Reconciling supplier statements
– Chasing up credit notes
– Maintaining the Sales Ledger, reconciling customer payments and placing overdue accounts on hold / resolving queries
– Processing company expenses / credit cards / company fleet vehicles
– Assisting the Financial Controller with their month-end duties
– Experience of working with multiple currencies would be advantageous – USD, EUR, GBP
