FRS are recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a well known household name based in Kirby Muxloe on the West side of Leicester (LE9). The business are keen to recruit ASAP with interviews taking place right away!

Reporting into the Finance Manager & working as part of a small Purchase Ledger team of 3-4, you”ll be processing invoices across multiple currencies (various currency experience not essential) including GBP, EUR & USD.

Suitable candidates will be have at lest 1-2 years experience working in Purchase Ledger. There is good public transport links to the business & the company are office based so only apply if you”re happy with this!

Duties Will Include:
Processing invoices across multiple currencies including GBP, USD & EUR
Performing payment runs and updating ledgers
Supplier Reconciliations – Reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, update supplier info
Bank Payments – Process bank transfers, handle reconciliations.
Reporting & Compliance – Assisting with month end closing, ensure policy compliance
