We seek someone with an understanding of Shared Worksite.
• Our client is wanting to build a virtual staff handbook and want to review their current policies and procedures, both of which tasks will fall to this position.
• With a strong knowledge of Training, Development and Communication of procedures to the workforce, you will be reviewing current policy, highlighting areas where there are gaps in policies and then delivering fit for purpose, up to the minute statements to cover these areas, and firming up any statements that need enhancing to ensure robustness.
Knowledge of the following specific areas will be required:
• GDPR (Global Data Protection Regulation), Anti-Slavery and Human Rights act.
• Building and development, the current policy statements will go hand in glove with storing and sharing these using Shared work site type software.
