A Transactional Administrator who will be responsible for handling, processing sales and supplier invoices, and to provide administration support to the management team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

This is a multi-faceted role where the post holder will be expected (but not limited) to:

Transactional processing
• To ensure that 3rd party purchases and reconciliation of invoices have been processed
• Ensure that 3rd party supplier invoices have received initial level approvals and final approvals
• Scanning of purchase invoices
• Goods Received Notes processing
• Despatch and invoicing

Task Sheets
• Collate task sheets from within the business
• Scanning of task sheets
• Processing of task sheets for billing
• Processing expenses for billing

General Billing
• Reconciling sales orders to invoice for revenue recognition
• Follow up of revenue within teams against planned forecasts
• Updating office systems for monthly revenue
• Ensure invoices have been passed to the central finance team

General Admin
• Month end process and preparation, to include:
o Open order book for revenue planning
o Liaise with hub on month end
• Maintenance of customers and supplier records
• Facilitate weekly Accounts Receivable process with the central finance team
• Liaise with customers regarding invoices to assist credit control
• Support sales and purchase order entry processes
• Maintenance of sales and purchase order book, cancelling complete orders, cleaning stock balances
• Provide general administration support to professional services and management team
• Provide proof reading support of renewals, new tenders and contracts

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience of working in an internal administration role
• Good understanding of financial and accounting roles. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Computer skills including spreadsheet and word-processing programs, and e-mail at a highly proficient level
• Experience of using CRM / Finance systems (iMetal preferred)
• A full UK driving license, as the role may also require travel and a requirement for some overnight stays
