My client is looking for an Accounts Administrator, initially on a 12 month contract with the potential of the position going permanent.

Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Administer the daily posting of receipts and journals to the computer system.
• Daily Bank Account Reconciliation.
• Bank cheques received daily when the Accounts Supervisor is unavailable.
• Insurer reconciliations and settlements.
• Maintenance of Petty Cash in line with procedures.
• Administration of the Premium Credit Finance systems.
• Carry out Credit Control procedures as agreed.
• Collate Expenses sheets and pass to Head Office, monthly when the Accounts Supervisor is unavailable.
• To undertake appropriate, continuous development work in relation to your career.
