FRS are recruiting an Accounts Assistant for an established and steadily growing business based in Coventry, who have ambitious plans.
You will be working in a small finance team and working alongside the Head of Finance, but have close working relationships with other departments such as HR and the Operations, covering all aspects of transactional finance as listed below.
The business use Sage 50, experience of using this system would be advantageous but other systems knowledge such as SAP or Xero would also be useful.
What you will be doing:
– Maintaining the Sales and Purchase Ledger – entering transactions and providing ad hoc support to colleagues who are managing these areas
– BACS payments to suppliers
– Assisting with Credit Control
– Being first point of contact within the finance team for customer and supplier queries
– Ad hoc reporting as per managements request in the Finance, HR and Operations teams
