FRS are recruiting an Accounts Administrator for a business based in Central Coventry.
Working as part of a small team, you will be responsible for the duties listed below, and you will be reporting into the Managing Director.
Ideally, you will be familiar with working for a small business previously, where people have an “everyone chips in” attitude.
The business are looking to interview and recruit ASAP.
Duties will include:
– Raising invoices using Iris software
– Dealing with customer queries regarding invoicing and chasing for payment
– Producing WIP, budget and fee reports for management
– Admin duties surrounding timesheets
– Taking calls
– Diary management
– Greeting clients / customers
– Dealing with post
– Sending / requesting information to / from clients
– Letter writing
