FRS are supporting a fantastic business in Coventry, with the recruitment of an Accounts Administrator.
You will be joining a close-knit and buzzing team, and be responsible for all elements of the administrative duties for the finance team, alongside processing payroll as a collective.
My client is looking for a personable individual who brings more to the team than experience, as this can be gained on the job; they want somebody with a personality and humour too.
Duties will include:
– Raising invoices and processing BACS payments
– PAYE administration
– Maintenance of financial records and filing accordingly
– Producing payroll invoices to the relevant business units
– Processing all statutory payments
– Providing support on tax and pension queries
The ideal candidate will have / be:
– Sage Payroll experience
– Have the ability to self-motivate, alongside being a good team player
– Be an excellent communicator
