My client is an award-winning firm and an employee of choice within the local area, due to growth, they are seeking an Accounts and Tax Manager to join and manage a team.

Duties will include:

• Management of a portfolio of families and their varied interests
• Management of accounts and taxation compliance assignments for a variety of business structures, in line with firm’s standard procedures
• Supporting and working alongside the partners in delivery of advisory work and specialist projects
• Participation in client meetings and collaboration with other professional advisors
• Delivery of client service charter
• Management of portfolio lock-up and recoveries through billing activities
• Contribution towards development of technical audit and accounts competences, portfolio management and advisory skills in trainees
• Participation in departmental resource planning

The ideal candidate will be:

• ACCA / ACA Qualified, with relevant PQE
• Accounts and Tax Experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience of Mentoring junior staff
