FRS are delighted to be supporting an extremely friendly and welcoming business based in Solihull, with the recruitment of an Accounts Assistant to join their small but busy finance team.
You will be working directly alongside, and with the Head of Finance and cover the below.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
– Day to day management of the sales and purchase ledgers
– Payment of suppliers invoices and resolving / dealing with queries
– Bank and statement reconciliations
– Processing expenses, company credit cards and petty cash
– Assisting with credit control
– Assisting with payroll
– Daily banking
Suitable candidates will have / be:
– An accounting qualification would be advantageous, but not essential – AAT / CIMA / ACCA
– Ideally live locally – within 10 miles of Solihull
– Be available at no longer than one month notice
