An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Professional to join a leading organisation based in Luton.

You will join a small, friendly hard-working team.

Full time role.

Responsibilities:

Purchase Ledger – supplier payments
Credit Control
Sales Ledger
Sales invoicing / month end – new sales accounts / credit check
Banking – daily banking, manual cheques, petty cash
Payroll – weekly wages
Administration duties – remittance reconciliation, order number chasing, purchase order maintenance, insurance database maintenance, vehicle taxation

Future responsibilities:

Management accounts
Profit / loss on sales equipment
Accruals
Pre-payments
HMRC
Depreciation
New nominal accounts
Working with company accountants
Auditing
Monthly wages
Pension contributions
