We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a business in Corby, working within a small and friendly finance team.
This role would suit an individual with either purchase ledger or accounting experience, and good Excel skills.
• Responsibility for the purchase ledger; processing invoices, matching and coding
• Preparing and arranging authorisation for weekly payment runs
• Resolving supplier queries
• Sales ledger; raising invoices and credit notes as required
• End of day sales reporting
• Account reconciliations
• Assisting with VAT returns
• Other financial reporting as required, and ad hoc duties
– Previous purchase ledger or accounts experience
– Strong Excel skills

– Attention to detail
