We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our Accounts team based at our Thame office.
The position will be responsible for reviewing, validating and then processing weekly bookwork from sites, to include purchase invoices, stock values, sales and site cash reconciliations. Completing weekly and monthly supplier statement reconciliations, using MS Excel and manual reconciliation, liaising with suppliers and site managers to resolve any queries.
The ideal candidate will have previously worked within a busy office environment and been part of an Accounts team.
Possessing good interpersonal and communication skills and a team player, you will also have good knowledge of MS Office programs. You will be rewarded with a competitive salary for working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
