We are currently recruiting for an immediate start, temporary cover for a company based in Northampton.

The role requires an experienced Accounts Assistant and offers a good working environment and competitive salary.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Purchase invoice processing; matching and coding of invoices
• Raising payments
• Cash book processing
• Statement and bank reconciliations
• Resolution of queries
• Sales ledger, cash posting and daily cashflows
• Assisting finance manager with monthly reporting
• General administration

Experience Requirements:
• AAT studier/ or equivalent would be an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to effectively manage your workload
• Accounts experience is essential

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Monday – Friday
