Job Purpose:
The role may encompass all of the following duties, the exact duties, responsibilities and balance of workload will be determined in discussion with the post holder’s line manager.
Principal Duties:
– Budgeting – Distribute monthly budget reports and resolve queries on a timely basis
– Treasury – Administration of all banking facilities, including House and Foundation accounts, all debit, credit and FX cards and cash
– Purchase Ledger – Assist in purchase ledger invoice processing
– Administration of all outgoing direct debits
– Nominal Ledger – Posting of nominal ledger journals relating to payroll, casual drivers and special catering
– Reconciliations – Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations for all bank and cash accounts
– Provision of holiday cover as and when required
– Any other duties which may reasonably be asked from time to time
Essential / Desirable Knowledge:
– MS Office
– Good knowledge of safeguarding in schools

– Excellent MS Office and Excel skills
