FRS are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant on a fulltime permanent basis for a friendly growing business based in Corby.
Main Purpose of Role:
To assist the finance team to complete day to day tasks in preparation of month end processes. To ensure the department is running smoothly and any questions and queries from other departments answered in a timely manner.
Duties (will include but not limited to)
The accounts assistant will be responsible for:
– Running day to day activities for the US site
– Posting and keeping on top of Accounts Payable
– Raising Sales invoices
– Credit control
– Consolidation and intercompany invoicing
– Weekly reconciliation for all related bank accounts
– Monthly bank reconciliations
– Monthly reconciliations for AP & AR
– Monthly Sales and Use Tax Submissions for the US Site
– Support the Financial Controller in preparation of completing month end reports
