FRS are recruiting an Accounts Assistant for an SME service business based in Coventry. With a salary of £20-25k attached, you will be reporting into the Finance Manager and responsible for the transactional duties as listed below and suitable candidates will have experience of processing / supporting a monthly payroll.
Duties will include:
Processing of supplier invoices and credit notes, ensuring costs are accurately recorded against purchase orders, matching to delivery notes and posting to Sage
Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
Being the first point of contact with suppliers on supplier query resolution
Prepare monthly supplier payment runs, ensuring remittances are sent to the supplier
Assist with posting payments & allocations
