FRS are recruiting an Accounts Assistant role for a globally established business with a UK Head Office ideally based in Warwick.
Working as part of a really lovely finance team, suitable candidates will ideally be experienced with both Purchase Ledger & Sales Ledger (FYI – this role will be slightly biased towards Purchase Ledger).

Duties Will Include:
Statement reconciliation
Dealing with supplier enquiries
Processing expenses & petty cash receipts / payments
Matching, batching & coding invoices – processing onto the relevant ledger
Assisting with set-up and approval of ad-hoc payments
Preparation of VAT reports
Assist with ad hoc reports & duties as required to complete month end accounts
Creation of Sales Ledger Accounts & assisting with Sales Ledger Reconciliations and cover when required
Production of monthly debtors reports when required and for cover
