We are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper to assist the FM based on site.

Duties to include:

Process sales and purchase invoices
Credit control
Deal with supplier payments and statement reconciliations
Bank reconciliations
Process expenses / credit card transactions
Prepare and post Accounts Payable payments
Assist Financial Accountant with month-end routines
Payroll, including RTI on a monthly basis
Completion of VAT Returns
Payments by BACS, CHAPS, Cheque, Direct Debit and Standing Orders
Matching invoices to delivery notes


Experience working for Small businesses.
Systems experience – Word, Excel, Sage, and Iris if possible.
