FRS are recruiting a part-time Accounts Assistant for a SME based in Nuneaton.
Reporting into the MD and working alongside an external firm of Accountants, you will be managing a variety of transactional finance duties as listed below.
The role will suit somebody with either Sage or Xero experience, wanting to work 20-25 hours per week, with the option of remote working once a handover is complete (4-6 weeks).
You will be covering:
– Sales and purchase ledger
– Credit control
– Bank reconciliations
– Weekly reporting to the MD
– Assisting with providing figures at month end to the Accountants
– Payment processing
– Checking of supplier invoices
