FRS are recruiting a Part-Time Accounts Assistant for an company based in Rugby. The role will be between 25-30 hours per week with hybrid working available!
The Finance team are looking for candidates who are experienced with Sage and have 2-3 years’ experience working within an SME. The role is an all-rounded opportunity with various transactional finance duties listed including maintaining the Purchase & Sales Ledger, Credit Control assisting monthly Payroll & supporting the month-end duties with your Finance Manager.

Duties Will Include
Processing of weekly sales invoicing onto Sage
Setting up new customer and supplier accounts within Sage
Credit Control including the preparation of Customer Statements, chasing debts, monitoring of credit checks and the submission of customer invoices
Processing of Bank transactions
Posting of the monthly Credit Card Statements ensuring receipts are received for all transactions and ensuring VAT is dealt with appropriately
Assist with the monthly payroll submissions – collating payroll information to submit to an external payroll agency
Processing journals at month end including Prepayments and Accruals
Maintain Fixed Asset Registers and calculate and post monthly depreciation journals
Reviewing and posting purchase invoices onto Sage
Reconciliation of Supplier Statements
