FRS are recruiting an Accounts Clerk for a reputable car dealership near Willenhall.
Working as part of a wider finance department, ideally you will have working knowledge of a Dealership Management System (DMS) such as Kerridge or CDK, alongside MS Excel.

Suitable candidates must have previous experience within Finance.
Duties will include:
– Assisting with processing sales invoices
– Producing sales reports based on figures provided by the finance department
– Maintaining the Purchase and Sales Ledger
– Processing company expenses
– Filing invoices / documentation both manually and electronically
– Checking and balancing statements
– Taking incoming calls to the finance department
– Processing bank transfers / cheque payments
– Resolving queries
