FRS are assisting a valued client of ours based in Coventry, with the recruitment of an Accounts Manager to join their three strong sales and business development team.
The business have nearly 40 years experience within their field and are expanding at quite a rapid rate, so ideally want to take on staff who are keen to stay with the business long term, and grow alongside the company.
The role is office based, and you must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment where you can really make the job your own.
Duties will include:
– Calling dormant customers to generate new sales leads
– Calling and developing new business opportunities
– Updating records on Sage (training provided)
– Monitoring and advising where further product can be sold (location based)
– Sending order confirmations via email / fax
– Tracking orders on Excel
– Provide customers with support, and advise over the phone and by email
– General administrative duties as required
Suitable candidates will be:
– Reliable and be a solid team player
– Be accurate in their approach
– Have the desire to get on the phone and speak to potential clients
– Have good negotiation skills
