FRS are recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a growing manufacturing business who are relocating to a brand new, state of the art facility based in Wolverhampton this year. You”ll be hybrid working at their current site for now (2-3 dpw) but this will be for the first month or so whilst you complete the onboarding / new starter training etc. The salary band is up to £25k. You”ll work closely with the Finance Manager and Assistant Accountant to ensure the finance department is ran efficiently.
Duties will include:
Uploading invoices onto the businesses systems, ensuring accurate filing
Posting and monitoring petty cash / expenses
Resolving queries that are raise on the Purchase Ledger
Speaking with suppliers who call in and resolve / put them in touch with relevant departments
Preparing new supplier registrations / documentation
Investigating faulty goods returns
Assisting the Finance Manager with their month end responsibilities, providing data, invoices, analysis etc
